Mouy joined Vana in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience leading high-impact, donor-funded programs across Southeast Asia focused on natural resource management, REDD+ and sustainable development for organizations such as Tetra Tech, Winrock International, and WWF, delivering UN and USAID programs.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture from Maharishi Vedic University, Cambodia and a Master’s Degree in Natural Resource Management from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
