Tom is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Development Finance Asia (DFA), an investment platform serving emerging and frontier Asian markets. Tom co-founded R2O and Vana with Philippe. Tom also served on the Investment and Executive Committees as a consultant to IFC-backed Asian investment platforms.

Tom sits on the advisory board for The Nature Conservancy in Mongolia and is on the Global Executive Board for the Alliance for Responsible Forest Management.

Previously, Tom was Managing Partner at Cube Capital in Hong Kong, where he led a team on $321mn of Asian investments generating >20% IRR, and has successfully invested and managed over half a billion USD across Asia.

Tom started his career at J.P. Morgan in New York, London, Singapore and Tokyo.

Tom holds a BA from Cornell University and an MSc in Sustainable Development from the University of Oxford.
