Hailing from Myinmethi, one of the ACRE Myanmar’s partner communities, Yaminn was a highly successful international karate competitor representing Myanmar before joining Vana. In 2019 and 2020, she won three Gold medals and one Bronze medal at the Southeast Asian Games and University Games.

Yaminn has significantly enhanced her technical skills through training from Vana in operations and technical analysis for the project’s Monitoring & Evaluation needs.

She is also involved in staff recruitment and stakeholder engagement, connecting the ACRE Myanmar project with her community.
